There are a lot of scholarship and sponsorship unit that you can get in Uniten.

All Uniten student are applicable to apply for PTPTN starting from Foundation.

Unlike some other university, they can only apply their PTPTN loan during their Undergraduates. 

In Uniten there is a unit called Sponsorship Unit  to provide financial assistance.
The student loan and scholarships unit (Alumni, Careers, and Sponsorship Centre) is liaison between students and sponsors or other scholarship providing institutions.

Now lets look at the scholarships that available.

Tanjong Energy Holdings Sdn Bhd

The Tanjong Energy Scholarship Awards (TESA) is the Group’s CSR initiative funded by its wholly owned Subsidiary, Powertek Berhad, to provide financial assistance to academically accomplished Malaysian student so they can pursue their tertiary education in any discipline at UNITEN.

TESA scholar also provided with personal development training concerning on areas such as:-

• Leadership    
• Creativity
• Communication     
• Teamwork
• Working attachment in various departments

This personal development training will be provided within the group during their study break in the first year.

Eligibility:-

-         Open to student who gained admission in the May 2012 intake for the Foundation Programme.

Application:-

  Application for the 2012 academic year is now open.

  Application  forms are now open.

 Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interview.

Mudajaya Group Berhad 

Mudajaya Group Berhad is a premier conglomerate with core business in construction, property development, independent power production, project management services, manufacturing and trading of building materials.

Eligibility:-

• Excellent academic results in SPM/STPM/ College/University
• A record of active participation in extracurricular activities
• Must be Malaysian citizens
• The scholarship is open to undergraduates from the first year to final year of studies in local institutes of higher learning.

Value of Scholarship:-

      ECMLIBRA FOUNDATION

Financial Assistance Programme offered by the Foundation.

The Foundation offers study loan for  those underprivileged and needy student undertaking education in any approved private or public universities or collage.

This study loan which is interest and bond free covers tuition and may include cost of living expenses.

Requirement:-

• Malaysian Citizen
• Prove eligibility for financial assistance
• Has good academic record and record of active participation in extracurricular activities
• Have obtained admission into an approved  local or private university or collage for a professional or vocational course.
