Cendikiawan Apartment

There are total of four different type of apartment at UNITEN Putrajaya Campus. One among the four type of apartment is Cendikiawan Apartment which located at Persiaran Cendikiawan, UNITEN, 43009 Putrajaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Cendikiawan Apartment

Cendikiawan apartment consist of 3 block, which is:

• Cendikiawan 1 (C1)
• Cendikiawan 2 (C2) 
• Cendikiawan 3 (C3)  

Each block of it will be having 11 stories including the ground floor. Besides this, there will be 2 elevators provided in each block of the apartment for the ease of the residents.

Each of the apartment will be having a hall area, 4 single room, toilet, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The rental rates of Cendikiawan apartment for Degree, Master and Doctor of Philosophy Program students are RM280 per month or RM1,120 per semester while rental rates of Cendikiawan apartment for Foundation and Intensive English Program students are RM280 per month or RM1,050 per semester. Although the rental rates for Cendikiawan apartment is more expensive compared to Amanah apartment which are also male apartment, but the students will be having more privacy as it was a single room.
